There is a new tendency in the marketing scene to provide plug-in systems to be used
without any knowledge, being based on giveaway products with ads embedded.
In fact a new version of the good old viral reports, but in a fancy new outfit. The so called
free products. But are they really free? Is it really a product? What is exactly the definition
of a product on the internet? An extensive report containing valuable
information/knowledge about a topic someone may need to improve their
life, business, health, pleasure or just entertainment, like any normal
printed book (hard cover).
When can a price be asked for the product/report depends on factors
like how much was needed to do the research for the book/report. How
much time was spent to write and assemble the ebook. But most
important: if there is a demand and in special the willingness to
pay for it. I think this is the only criteria. It is a matter of the
simple and automatic marketing mechanism of supply and demand.
Some are balancing on the edge of legality in terms of advertising
rules and ethics. This is the only factor that should taken care
of. To sell and promote what it really does, or contains, as
promised! The same thing counts for free products! Even being free the
product/report should be as described. If not this is a matter of
misleading advertising.
If it does what is promised,
then this solution of using a system with a free package can be a
good solution for people with little or no experience, and the
need to get easy and fast results. Everything is already prepared
from sales site, download site, examples of classifieds, emails,
banners and so on. Even the manuals included show where and how to get
free advertising. They also teach how to use paid advertising
effectively.
Normally the package consists of a valuable free report/ebook
which normally would be sold. In this case this is the free
product. This free product already mentions the price of the system
which consists of all the promotion tools as well as a package of
products with resell rights. These products can be used to learn
from, but also are to be resold automatically with the new system.
The only thing the buyer needs to do is supplying his payment link
which automatically will be implemented in his new system, and
then promote the new link he got from the supplier. That’s it. So as already mentioned how to promote this link is included in the manual. Ready.
